I cannot reproduce this anomaly on any iteration of G3 with photofields, with the stock aircraft I've tried. Come in too steep, rips the landing gear off the plane and "frags" other pieces. Come-in too fast and don't nail the touchdown, you bounce several times. Come-in too hard while doing elevators or harriers, rips the gear off.

I have seen indestructible aircraft (which seem to have have no crash physics) from contributed sources, though.

What airfields are you using and what aircraft?
