I was on the phone with Mr. Lewis Polk himself on Friday. They just started shipping the Tracker II system orders in rotation, and he will be calling me back on Monday with an ETA for my system. Since my order was placed back in October, it will probably be early in the shipping rotation.
The red button is for setting the Rx into programming mode, so you can select your frequency. Another member I have been comunicating with just received his Seeker receiver, and has posted an update on it:
