Lamar, if your just out of your trainer i would go ahead and do it up stock, thats how i did and this plane flys great and easy for a second plane, then after a while you can move the tank back and yes its not real hard, you just cut out the brace on the one former and sand it a little till the tank slides in and glue a block to where the front of the tank is on the bottom where the cockpit is to keep the tank from sliding forward and then use some weather stripping(thats the black strips that you see on my tank) this holds it in snug when you put the wing on.
