If you can run it without a carb then use a large venturi and crankcase pressure. Since it will not need to idle you can also cut rotor to close later, this will maximize the induction charge. You are not getting far out of the engines intended rpm range so any timing changes should be slight. Try a .010" shim under the liner and a little more nitro. It would probably be easier to disguise a 32 and cheat like the rest of the winners.
