What issue was it in, I've got the Dec issue but I don't see it in there?

Haven't got that issue yet.
I just about bet it's the one I've heard of them selling at Aero Model / Hacker brushless USA.
They don't keep their site updated, but you might want to give them a call and see if they carry it.

Mystery solved-I called and asked, It is put out by Hacker and sells for $89.00. Out of stock until late Jan.
