Anyone got one they will sell? They go for 35.00 at the DEN. I'll pay 100.00 shipped to calif. Don't need the powersupply. Thats a good days profit if you don't mind waiting for the next shipment. BENDER

Can anyone recommend battery pack for Shockflyer? I have not used LiPo packs before. Also, what charger is needed for LiPo?

Thanks,
Coolair

Oh nevermind now, My 10 free ones showed up today from Germany. WOW they are all that and a bag of chips! I think I will stay up all night and get mine done so (I) can be the first to fly mine at my field tomorrow. I just can't make up my mind to do a Edge or the 330 or the Superstar. Oh I guess I'll pick something to put one of my 5 Lehner motors in. BENDER

Anybody out there no where I can get a Shockflyer shipped to the U.K. I have been after one for over a month but nobody in the U.K itends on stocking them. I have tried Ikarus USA/Europe and France and none will ship to the U.K. I appreciate every where is sold out at the moment but I just want to get on a list so I don't miss out on the next batch!!

I believe that they shoud be hitting the UK shelves in Jan or Feb. I ordered mine direct from Ikarus France last Oct with no problems. Try ringing Perkins here in the UK to get more details.

Dave,

I tried J perkins a while ago and they where not sure what they were. They claim now that they are waiting to find out when they will be in but are not sure. I have found some where in the states which will ship to the U.K as soon as they get them in. Perkins just told me to keep my eye on their web page. I will still by from Perkins when they get them. Are you flying one at the moment?

Regards
J

I got my Edge all done today, Typhoon 6, Cirrus 4.4 servos, GWS RX, and Kokam 2S2P 680 Lipoly. 7oz RTF!!!!

I was going to fly it just before dark, but, one of my Cirrus servos had a bad pot, had to replace that, then my ESC fried itself, so now I have to replace that also. [&:]

No Big deal, Taking it indooring if all goes as planned next weekend, Now I just have to keep it away from Planebender

Josh, Where do you get the Typhoon 6? Every time I think I am getting the hang of the electric thing I find another motor I have never heard of. What about the Nippy Black series. Are they any good?

We got the Typhoon 6 at our LHS, RC Country.

the Nippy is a good motor, Planebender has one on his HobbyLobby GB, and its schweeeeeeet, I love the sound of outrunners. QUIET.

The ESC that burned was a Tsunami 10 that comes with the Typhoon.
