Default Drill EPP?

How does anyond drill hole into EPP? Rotating drill bit, or a "hot" bit ? ( elevators for a Micro-bat and Too-Cool).

use a piece of brass tubing and heat it with a heat gun or small torch and just burn it thru. Clean , easy , and best of all it doesn't grab the foam and tear it like a drill bit will.

If you want a really neat hole use the brass tube but rather than heating it (which will give you a oversized hole) sharpen the INSIDE of the tube with a hobby knife and then drill through the foam by hand. This works great with all foam types, is quick and easy, and best of all you end up with the exact sized hole that you want. Hope this helps.

Matt.
