Why all these foamies here?
Hi might be a bit off topic but here goes.
Why has ALL the foamie talk moved to the 3D flight forum? I´m just curious...
it´s has become an unwritten rule that foamies are 3D planes, and larger 3D planes like Greg´s Edge or Seans Extra are sportplanes...
? anyone?

RE: Why all these foamies here?
I can think of 3 reasons offhand:
1) This is the 3D electric forum. Anything E-3D goes here.
2) The 3D foamies are the most popular form of 3D. They're cheap, and they fly anyplace.
3) It's wintertime.

One of the problems is that the Foamie Forum specifically mentions Zagis. And I actually think it is appropriate to have a Delta wing Forum (vs) other types of Electrics. I think I like the break down between Parkflyers, acrobatic, 3D, and Deltas. It seems to isolate the types of planes discussed.
