Just make your own. Take a piece of heavy duty zip-tie, cut it to the desired length, lash it to your stock horn with some thread and soak it with thin CA. Drill a hole for your favorite connector or z-bend and you're done. I've used this method several times and after coutless tail first landings, I've yet to break one. Give it a shot. Best of all, it's FREE!!!

There are several methods to achieve a longer servo arm for the HS-55's. One way that is very easy is to make an extension (as long as you need) out of 1/16" birch ply.
Make it large enough in the center to fit over the standard X-arm that comes with the servo and then extend the arm portion to the required length. Be sure to drill a hole in the center so you can attach the arm back on to the servo once your assembly is complete. You can attach the ply to the X-arm with epoxy or medium CA. Just keep the glue out of the center hole.
A picture is worth a thousand words. Hope this helps!

I just took a bit of flat carbon stock, cut to the length I needed (from the servo arm mounting bit) and drilled it for the ez connect and glued it on. Werks gut! And it was FREE!

I just got the long arms from Servo City and they are Fantastic. Better than just longer. Stronger, too.
You've got to call ServoCity to order, though.

In this day and age, Who the 'ell makes anything? Sad but true!
Where do you get "free" wire ties? [sm=spinnyeyes.gif]You can also shorten the arms on the rudder.[:-]
