Cute! I think I still like the precision aerobatics katana mini more though.

I've been flying the E-flite Mini-Funtana stock setup for a month, love the thing, zero problems, 3Ds killer & can't believe it taxis and ROGs from grass. SO...I ordered the Mini-Edge last night. I waited three MONTHS for my Mini-Funtana but I'm glad I did!

does anyone have this plane? how's it fly? it looks great and the price isnt too bad either. if it flies as good as it looks, i'm definitely getting one.

i was going to get the mini funtana to replace my quiet storm that i crashed last week, but according to some, the funtana tip stalls too easily. i was gonna buy another quiet storm but it's just too expensive ($164). it's an awesome plane though!

boosted -

Actually, the Mini Edge isnt available yet, but should be in stock at most shops in June. We will be flying this model at SEFF coming up in a few weeks so if youll be making it, you can see it up close and personal

Having flown it quite a bit in recent months I can tell you this model flies awesom. It flies just like larger Edge models - solid 3D performance AND precision in one package. It does AWESOME full throttle blenders and knife edge spins with ease. Harriers and hover are rock solid with excellent knife edge performance. I dont think anyone will be disappointed with the performance once they get their hands on one!

Best of all, it uses the same motor, gearbox, prop, battery, servos, etc as the Mini Funtana so if you have an MF now you can easily move the gear over to the Mini Edge when its available. If you dont have an MF already, the stock recommended power system performs awesome with excellent unlimited vertical performance with 10-12+ minute flight times.

Good luck guys - hope to see some of you at SEFF!

No way! My Mini-Edge will have to find it's OWN PF400, CC Phoenix 35 & radio!
