Default Suitable motor for 3d models

Please send me the suitable motor and regulator for 3D model type 3dFoamy, 3dbatic (10,5-15 Onz.), I do not have experience in electric fly, if I have experience of many years in glow acrobatic planes, I think to use the 3 cells Lipo battery, the supply: http://www.nesail.com/detail.php?productID=3222 is good, the motor consumes much?, there are no problems no to obtain accessory for Shaft.Dia 4mm, I live in Europe and pardon not to speak well its language.
Thanks.

COPIED FROM DULICATE THREAD:

that is more than enough power for a 10.5-15 oz. plane. it says it puts out up to 30+ oz of thrust, so that is still a 2:1 power to weight ratio, if not more with the heaviest setup u mentioned. That is also a good speed control for that motor.

im not the best with motors but this seems to be good enough for your plane, if not overkill...
