Default AXI vs Hacker

AXI 2208/34 vs Hacker A20-30M
Which one is better for shockflyer (outdoor)? I'm planning to use kokam 3s 640.

I don't know what the hacker is like but that ia the axi I have in my shocky. It's a good setup. With a 3 cell li-po its ballistic.

I use AXI power almost exclusively and have never been disapointed. 2212/26 to 4130/16 and many in between. Do not overamp and you will enjoy trouble free flying.

For smaller Parkflyer 3D like set-ups it's Axi all the way .But for planes weighing more than 10 lbs and you want to hold them by the prop ,the Hacker C50 type motor is a better choice

The hacker is a 12 pole motor and can be proped for higher ampss or propedlower for using smaller packs.
I have BOTH motors. I loved the axi but the small hacker kills it.
More power weighs a little less.

Do any of these people crying axi axi actually owa a20-30m??? I doubt it.

Nope, don't own a hacker. Can only comment on the motor I own and that is that it is a good motor. I'm sure the hacker is good too.

Aren't the AXIs more reasonably priced than the Hackers?

I have been flying a Hacker A20-34S in my shock flyer extra with an 8x3.8 prop on a 2S-720TP Gen2 pack and the performance is spectacular. The 30M is over kill for this model especially if you’re flying in doors. As for the price Hacker A20S 59.99 and A20M 64.99 with 2 motor mounts, 2 prop adapters, and all hardware. They are also available with ESC’s for 89.99 and 99.99. The AXI is 65.90 and another 12.90 for the mount. If you throw in there ESC the price is 134.90. One last thing is the Hacker weighs less A20S 1.02oz, A20M1.48oz, and the AXI 1.6oz.

I did a google search on " hacker a20 " and got several places that sell them, including
hackerbrushless.com . They have the a20 for $70 and the a20 + esc for $110.

as your post states your flying outdoors and have 3s packs of 20c 640 kkokams your should be good with either the 2208/34 or the a20/30m the a20 is cheaper, can pull more power , weights less, includes mounts adaptors and even 2 spare shafts!!! I liked my axi but there are better products now, imho
