It's a decent airplane, but there are a couple of things that will definitely improve it-presuming you have the original style profile fuse-I went to one aileron servo mounted in the top wing and also changed the ail coupling linkage to get equal throw on all four ailerons; cut down the horns and lay them down so the connecting pushrods hook up at the t.e. of the ail rather than above or below it. Toss the plastic wheels and get a pair of the Eflite foamy 1-1/2inchers; mine will fly off short grass with these wheels. I used the Park 370-3600kv brushless motor and Eflite 20A ESC; the 4100kv motor will provide a little extra punch....Jim

Those suggestions are the best, tho still need to fix the differential in mine as i used the stock setup. but i too, did the 1 aileron servo mounted right side up. works awesome. easy to adjust too. i would however, suggest a velcro strap in addition to the velcro holding the battery on. sudden stops can launch the battery easily. not bad on grass, but harder surfaces... 3M Blenderm is the most popular....
I actually use CA hinges on my foamies... (most are 6mm and not the super thin 3mm foam though)
PAcking tape also works well

Blenderm by 3M is the best tape I have used; should be available at med supply houses at about $2.50 for 15 ft, $1 less than DuBro's price. The Ulti tape will probably last as long as the rest of the airplane; I would tape right over the stock tape with Blenderm....Jim
