Hi i got a great deal for this plane from my lhs. Any tips on this plane before i start building?

TAKE YOUR TIME!!! Be gentle with the z-bends and hinges. This thing will take you a long time to build.

I, um, had a Flatana until a tree ate it. I'd try to reinforce the LG however possible. If you land in grass, it'll tear back, tearing out the fuselage on my Flatana and likely the wing on the Extra. Even if you are using the stock brushed motor I'd go ahead and put the doublers on the nose for support.

Hi, thanks for that, i as putting it together and managed to break half of my hinges, and a few z bend crappy plastic stuff!! Is there an email for gp, or flatout, i haerd a few people wanted replacements but they just sent them a new plane? How can i contact them? I tried their help support but it was an automated message! Oh well

What I'd do if I were you would be to get some music wire and some hinge tape and use that instead. It'll fly the same, and possibly be a hair lighter, and a lot less troublesome.
