Default Question about charging LiPo's

I am using/charging TP 1320's I always charge them at 1 amp.

If I have more time to charge the packs can I set them at a lower rate to charge them slower and safer to extend the life of the packs?

Yes, you can. The 1320 batteries can be charged as high as 1.3 amps nothing higher, but you can charge lower.
