there's some problem with my ESC i think. when i fly at full throttle, the motor stops running after about 30sec. my setup is AXI 2204, MGM 1210 ESC and 2c 720 mah battery and i've tried 8x4 and 9x3.7 props.
also, i've programmed my ESC to stop the motor when it run's out of battery instead of slowly reducing the power.
any idea on what's going on?

Is it warm when it quits? Because sometimes they shut off power to the motor if they get too hot.

i will check that, but there should not be any reason for it to get warm. it's a 12amp esc. this happened when i was flying the 2208/34, 3c 720 with the 10x4.7 prop.
i think it was to big a prop for that motor, battery, esc combo. when i changed the prop to 9x3.7 the problem stopped.
i think the 8x4 is the recommended prop for the 2204, 2c battery combo?

I was getting the same thing with my axi 2208/34 with a jeti18 ESC and the only thing I changed was the hard cut-off to the slowly reducing power in the ESC and I haven't had my motor stop at full throttle since.
