The best shockflyer IMO is the f3a if you have not tried it. Do it. If you want something that flies better, and is 16oz, you are going to have to go with the FoamtanaS from Darrol Candy. Others are going mention the Illusion, it is the same class as the FoamtanaS.

www.rcxplanes.com Allure. It's close in size to a shock flyer (8.0 - 9.0 oz) but it flies much better. This plane is the best flying plane I own, and I've got at least 10 assorted planes lying around collecting dust.

Great customer service, and a money back guarantee. Tough to go wrong.

IMO the shockflyers are the best around. The downside is how fragile they can be. The GP flat outs also fly very well. Especially the Reflection and the Turmoil.

The rcxplanes Allure blows the standard shockies away in almost every category and it's very sturdy. It also seems to tumble better than the Turmoil, I haven't flown or seen a Reflection, so I can't comment on it. I hear it's a popular plane. Rcxplanes new bipe, the Sierra is also going to be a winner. It's not out yet, but I've been flying a pre-production version, and I'm having a blast with it. Also very sturdy. I've already done a nose-plant with it, with minimal damage, and I hit the ground really hard. Fun little plane.

My Airfoil Z just arrived today. After looking it over I can honsetly say it is the nicest & most complete Foamy I have seen yet. Shockflyer, Flatouts, GP Yak, & 3DFoamy, Ya'all better step it up beause Paul just left everyone of ya in the dust with his new Airfoil Z Yak!!! The website doesn't even do it justice & I was impressed enough from reading about it at his site to buy it, but wait till you see the thing for real! The best Foamy On the Market in my opinion. That is the number on comment I have gotten over and over again, until you see the plane in person you really can't appreciate the quaility and thought that went into the design. Then you fly it and you wonder what could fly better.... If I say so myself
