Take a look at the new Futaba s3110. They put out 22.2 oz-in of torque and speed is rated at 0.1 sec/60. I tried one the other day and it's great. They sell for $14.99 and the weight is 7.7g or 0.27 oz.

Ditto on the 3110's.
I used them in all my planes including my competition plane at Xtreme Freestyle Championships, and many other pilots used them too.
Top notch servos. Very light, lots of torque, rocket fast, and they center very well. .1 sec is a REALLY fast servo, most others in that class are .17-.20
