Default Cermark Banchee E-3D Which batteries?

Hi guys,
I have a Cermark Banchee E-3D. Everything is new in the box.
I got all the goodies with it:

Cermark 600Bl-2 Motor
Castle Creations Phoenix 45 Speed Control
MEC Gear Box
APC 15x8 E-propeller
Hitec HS-81 servos
Hitec Electron 6 Receiver
SCR Ni-Mh 10 cell 3300 Mah battery.

Since I fly Li-pos in the rest of my planes, I would like to buy some Li-po packs for the Banchee.

I would like to hear what other Banchee flyers are running in their planes.

The recommended Thunder Power TP6000 3S3P pack is really more than want to spend for one pack.

Is anybody running a 4S pack with this set up?

Can the 600BL-2 motor handle 15 volts?
Just looking for options. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Doug

a 6000mAh li-po? why do you have a 3300 then? use a 4000tp li poly pack. a 3 cell on this should work

I bought the plane from a friend of mine. It came with the 3300 NiMh.

SCR Ni-Mh 10 cell 3300 Mah battery = $69.50
TP Li-Po 11.1 V 6000mAH battery pack = $207.95

That is why I have the 3300..............

I see theat Hobby Lobby has Polyquest 11.1V 4400 Mah packs on sale for $97.00
I'll order a couple and see how they do!
Thanks for the input,
Doug

Doug I have the new verson with the big out runner motor and 75amp cermark speed control. I went with the tunder tiger 6000mah battery. If you use the throttle wisely you can get 30 min. flight or like I do two 15 min flights. Flight performance is super out a sight vertical I compare it to a somethig extra or twist with a satio 100. Very nice flying plane mine flew right out of the box with no trims needed.

No Problem Charles,
I'll get that to you in the next couple of days.
Cermarks customer service is non-existent!
I have tried to get them to answer questions by E-mail and by phone calls.
They have never responded to me.

Even though they have some outsanding products,
I will no longer purchase anything from them.
They are happy to sell to you.
But, then you are on your own! BAD Cermark! Bad!!!!

Too bad. I would love to have their turbine F-16.
Guess I will buy one from their competitors.............

I use a 4 cell 6000 Lipo...20 minutes plus a flight. I may change to a lighter 5 cell setup. It doesn't need to fly for 20 + minutes.
