Default How to do 3D maneouvers?

I am just getting into 3D, and was wondering if there was a book or something that would tell me what the 3D maeouvers are, and how to perform them?

another place that has a few good video's is http://www.3dbatix.com/3dinstvideos.htm

I'm going to check out bdavision's links now.
