Default Typhoon RTF contoller dies mid flight!

Yep, it decided that instead of just mixing for turns that we should be mixing for climbs and decends too. Did it on a full throttle take-off at about 10'. splat. Learn this at the wreck site and again at a bench test. With the mix on, push up and you get alerons too. Pull back and you get oposite aleron. With the mix off it is not as bad but the wrong things are still moving. Tryed different servos, tryed discounting different servos, tryed isolating the antena, same results. Looks like the Transmitter failed? Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?
