I've been looking for a 1st electric plane that takes the same size lipos as my Trex450 heli (3s FP 2170). Does anyone have experience with these guys??
I see they have a pretty good looking combo deal here: http://www.3dhobbyshop.com/detail.aspx?ID=1906

Should I stick with this combo or buy a Park 480 motor and an eflight 40amp ESC???

(I'm about to pull the trigger on the Funtana mini-X w/ the Park480 - but I like the design of the Yak better)

guys, another good plane to check out is the katana md by pa, its the lightest in its class, and can use 3s 1800-2100 packs with the Thrust 30 motor, check out my videos of it here:

Yeh the Yak 54 by 3dhobby looks insane! Excellent video as well. Im trying to decide between that and the mini futana x. I also have a t-rex that Im hoping to swap the battery with. I was wondering why this plane isn't in the review section yet?
