Default Control Surfaces, a little sloppy!

I built a 3d foamy Katana S a while, and have also flown it. It's flys pretty good, but theres one thing that is really bugging me. First off, with everything turn off, I can move the ailerons just a little bit, without actualy moving the servo. Second, my control services get stuck i little bit when moving back to neutral. If i move the surface the other way, it goes away, but it really bothers me. Can anyone help me with this? Is this just a property of a profile foamy? Thanks
Austin
