I just saw the hyperion sniper XL on chief aircraft. Anybody know any thing about it and if chief's motor and ESC combo they recommend is any good? Chief advertises that it is capable of very extreme 3D. Does it have an actual airfoil or is it a flat wing? Always appreciate the input.

Yes it has airfoil and flies superbly, I'm looking into that one too, a friend has the regular size Hyperion Sniper and is the best flying foamy I've seen, also the hyperion motors are real strong working so I might buy the combo too. Regards,

I built and test flew one for a fellow modeller with the recomended power system and it flew exceptionally well. 3Ds with the best of them with no bad habits. Instructions are a little vague in spots but if you've built before, no problems.
