Right now i have a great planes Flatout (tirmoil) and i like it because is flies nice and everything but it seems like every time i land it. IT BREAKS
My plane seems like its going to be completly covered in glue if i keep this up.
I am looking for a different plane that i can transfer all of my electronics into without having to buy any extra electronics. It needs to be small and aerobatic so i can fly it in my backyard.

I started out flying with the PW extra flatout, and it did'nt last very long at all. I've since built a flatana, an RCU bipe, a turmoil, and have 2 reflections to put together. I can say that the flatouts just don't last if you land on grass, or have even a small crash. I went to E-fest this year, and my wife bought me a MScomposit "Unique", while we were there. I put it together and was pleasantly surprised by it's survivability. It's wings and fuse are EPP, and the tail feathers are 6mm Depron. Trying to learn 3D moves, and flying in the constant wind here in IL have taken a toll on my flatouts, but the Unique lives on. I've cartwheeled it ten or twelve times, buried it inverted, hit a tree, and nosed over about every time I've landed it, and it just won't die! I did have to rebuild the Depron tail parts once, but this plane takes a lickin and keeps on tickin. I'm sure there are many other EPP planes out there that can boast the same kind of ruggedness, but this is the one I have experience with. Oh and I used my Rimfire 22-1000 brushless, same ESC(BL-8), and an Electrifly 910 3s li-po, right out of my dead flatana. The only difference is that the Unique uses two aileron servos, so I had to buy another servo, and a y connector. The Rimfire does'nt quite have unlimited vertical, but I can hover around 60% throttle, with just enough pullout to save me every (almost) time! I think I'll be trying another EPP plane in the future. Good luck with your next plane!

Geez if you like a Flat Out you will absolutely love what ever you buy next! Get a couple of full sheets of Depron and cut a couple of 3D Batix Extra 330s. For $20.00 you can build two planes that will fly and last much better.

Sorry for the delayed response. The Unique will perform some 3D moves ie: hover, harrier, torque rolls, elevators, parachutes, and maybe more. My thumbs are kind of new to the 3D thing, which really makes durability an issue for me! I admit that with this particular plane I would appreciate a bit more rudder throw. Also I had to make the motor mount work with the Rimfire by using a ply disc, and mounting it forward of where the original motor mount was to fit. All told though, I loved the life span, and I feel that I got my moneys worth out of this plane. The Flatouts were just to much work for the amount of flying I got out of them. There are probably many candidates that suit yiour needs, but I happened to be impressed with this planes durability and thought I'd pass it on! Good luck, and a happy flying season to you!
