Glossary of 3d and aerobatic moves
Is anybody interested in contributing to a glossary of 3d and aerobatic moves? I would like to improve my flying and break out of normal park flyer stuff. I hear about all these cool sounding moves in the reviews but don't have a clue what they are. It may be a bit basic for most of the 3d hero's but this seems like a good way to learn new moves.
Maybe start with a description of the move and then another paragraph of how to do it.... control stick movements etc.
One move per post to help make it easy to search for and learn new moves.

RE: Glossary of 3d and aerobatic moves
I'll start (with an easy one!). Please no flaming, lets try keep it instructive....
Vertical Loop
Description:
Used to describe a maneuver whereby the plane performs a circular motion in the sky. It is usually performed with an initial vertical climb, a brief moment of inverted flight continuing to a vertical descent, with the plane returning to travel along the same direction it started from.
How to:
From level flight pull back on the elevator until the plane returns to level flight. There are many variations and tweaks to this move, and it forms the basis for more advanced flight skills.
Rating:
1- easy
