I hope it flies better than the Showtime 90. I'm not all that happy with mine, it wants to snap when I don't want to.

I like that. Not bad for a little over 100 bucks. The question will be how well it flies though.

FINALLY! They must've taken my word for it. I started a thread in McConville's forum about an E-Flite Showtime in the future.

Really? mine flew perfect, never had any bad tendencies, hover was solid and pattern manuvers were smooth, what was your setup, i had a saito 150 and hitec 6975's all around

I've got an OS 120 AX with digital metal gear Hitec's, 5625. The plane isn't terrible by any means, I'm sure for pattern it is nice. Knife edge, even without the SFGs is great. Sure, hovering is fine, but honestly hovering is pretty basic and somewhat boring. I don't judge my 3D planes by how well they hover.

The problem with it for me is that I can't trust the plane. I guess I'm at intermediate level 3D, and the Showtime will sometimes try and bite me when I practise 3D. It wants to snap at times, when I don't want it to - it doesn't actually snap, it is just obvious that it could if I'm not careful. I've heard other reports of this problem.

I'm much more comfortable with my GP Reactor with O.S. 55 AX. Very capable and yet so forgiving.

I made a lot of changes on the Mini-ST to get it both very lightweight and to fly the way I wanted it to in this small size. IMHO it is really excellent!! Very stable and capable in 3D and very precise at the same cg.

Heard the old Edge was a handful, but their new Extra 260 is absolutely a blast and super stable and capable.Still cant wipe the grin off my face, and I have had over 60 planes.Their Showtime maybea real riot too.Set up is key.
