Default RE: Help with setup

That setup is WAY too much, and forget about the 2 Cell. That motor will rip the wings off your 330, since its powerful enough to 3D a 45 ounce plane. Your plane will have a ridiculously high wing loading and will fly like crap. The wings will break off under a loop with that weight. You want a 200- 300 watt motor at most on that plane, even 300 watts is way too much IMO.

If you wanted a recommendation, this is mine:

Hacker A20-20L
20 AMP+ ESC (Phoenix 25amp is good)
FP Evolite 2100 or Thunder Power Prolite 2100
APC 10x3.7 SF
HS-56 or HS-65 servo's

Forget about Regulators and that, its not needed. Plug the battery top the ESC and presto, there's your power supply. With that setup it should have unlimited vertical and good 3D performance. You cooul go to say an Eflite Park 480 or Hacker A30-16M, but this would spoil the plane IMO.

I think that model has the old wing joining system too, so Id recomend reinforcing it with some ply.

This is the mini version, right? If its the freestyle version, your setup will not even move it on pavement.

Cheers
MC
