Hi guys and girls (if any
.
The Electric Shock form PA with no landing gear and flight ready weights about 410g.
With landing gear and the extra "tail weight" to balance the plane is about 435g. Can somebody give me some hints about how much will this the extra ~8% weight increase influence the plane?
What if I use a slightly bigger battery increasing the total weight to about 450g?
Thanks for you help.
Peter

I fly mine without landing gear. If you only fly off grass its not needed. iv never had an issue due to the fact it does not have landing gear. Sorry i cant comment on the weight thing. I fly mine of the stock PA setup and its one sweet little plane. the 1000ma PA battery last pretty good. Depending on the style of flying i can get up around 15 minutes of normal flying and around 7-8 minutes of full on 3ding. so in my opinion its perfect how it is
PA says it thrust 10 motor puts out about 950grams of thrust so even if the weight comes up to 450grams it is still over 2-1 power to weight so should still fly alright
