Don't seem to have enough throw and don't know what to change to get more. Radio DX7 is set on dual rates and they are 60% and 125% for all flaps. I am only getting 1 inch deflection for elevator and Ailerons and 2 inches for the rudder at the 125% setting. Much less at 60 %. Is this the typical for the Yak 30 or should it be more. If more, how do I do that? What do I change? Thanks Ron

You want about 45% at the elevator, and ailerons, all you can get on the rudder. Go into the control horns on the control surfaces and get closer to the surface, first or second hole from the surface as necessary. You will continue to have this problem on your 3D birds until you order some longer servo arms which will increase your throws as needed. Try to keep reasonable mechanical advantage at the servo and control horns, or the servo will suffer.

Thanks for the information. Will try to adjust by moving the hole positions on the arms and watch for the longer servo arms. RON
