Default ElectriFly Pluma disaster

My Pluma came in today. I took my time and built it by the manual. My motor is a RimFire 370 with a GP 12 amp speed control I am using Super Tigre 640mAh 11.1v batteries. I had to add 1/2oz to the tail to get my cg right. The first three minutes of the maiden were perfect. Three clicks of right rudder and four clicks of down elevator and it was flying perfectly. I managed an inverted elevator and a harrier into a hover with the tail touching grass. I took it up for a blender which went well but as soon as I pulled up the wings folded. I liked the way it flew so well that I am considering buying another and running the same setup with the battery and receiver mounted behind the wing so that I don't have to add the weight. If I buy another Pluma I plan on adding two carbon fiber reinforcement strips to each wing and to both tail surfaces as well. Would that work or is there another fomie out there that I should consider for the same power system?
