hyperion sniper power setup. enough power?

HYPERION SNIPER 3D EPP ARF WITH POWER SET
[HP-SNIPER-PS]

Power set includes:

Hyperion 2213-20 Outrunner brushless motor

Hyperion Titan 20 amp ESC

Extra long 3mm prop adapter

3.5mm Gold bullet connectors

hello all, does anyone know if the above included power set would be enough power to hover the hyperion sniper without having to be at full throttle? thanks in advance!
