Default Precision Aerobatics difficult to get in touch with?

Hey everyone. Is anyone else finding PA impossible to get a hold of? I purchased one of their Ultimates at Joe Nall, along with the motor and ESC. They did not have servos or spinners at the time. When I got home I found that the paint on my cowl was really crappy. So, I called them a few times with no luck, and left a message. I received a return call while I was on the phone with someone else, so quickly returned the call 5 minutes later with no luck. I placed my order online that night (the 20th), leaving a note about the cowl. I have tried calling them each day since then to confirm my order and ask about the cowl with no success. I have not been billed, and the delivery status of my order is "backorder?" Nothing I ordered (spinner, Voltec servos, props) was listed as such.

If I'm not going to get my parts, I'd like to cancel my order and find the parts elsewhere, but this also entails actually getting them on the phone. I don't want to buy the servos elsewhere only to get double billed later, either. I really want to get my Ultimate flying, but right now it doesn't look too good. Any ideas?

I sent PA USA an email two weeks ago inquiring about ship times and options and I never heard back from them. It seems there is a bigger following of PA Aircraft on rcgroups.com. I'd go over there and post your question in the 3D forum.

It may be better to order a PA model from someone like Chief Aircraft. They've always answered their phone lines whenever I had a question.

Thanks. I just checked, and Chief carries the spinner (the only item PA specific). I'll try my luck on that "other" site as well. Again, my biggest problem now is trying to cancel my order with PA...
