Default E-flight or Common Sense R/C

I'm buying an E-flite sukhoi for my 1st electric plane. I Can't decide on the set up. Here are the 2 I came up w/
(stock)
Eflite park 480
Eflite 40 amp pro esc
eflite 2200mAh 11.1 Lipo 20c
around $190

or

Common Sense E5-L-13
Z-35 esc 35amp
lectron 11.1 2200mAh 35c
around $180

I'm not familiar with Common Sense but, if the E-flite setup is what they recommend, then I'd go that way.  40 amps seems like a lot for a 480 size motor.  That would be plenty for a Power 15 with appropriate prop.  It's good ot "over-esc" models in my view so I would do the same.  Just letting you know.
