Here are a few photos of the airplane as it sits right now. There is a photo of the elevator servo and what I am trying to figure out with the pull/pull system...are you supposed to cut the horizontal part of the fuselage up or...?

Thanks for the help!!

you'll need to cut a small slot for the servo arm to move through... Looking great!

Thanks Levi! Thats what I thought, but the stock HS55 servo arm (the longest one) just barely seems to be longer than the surface of the depron...do I need a larger servo arm?

Nope.. It'll be just fine. mine is the same way (BMS.371) If you want to you can move the servo up into the cross section... but it's extra work and not realy needed.

Im building the extra also. For the spar I just used the dremel router attachment. Works great. Work very slow and on a straight edge. I used a smaller dia. spar though because in order to fully seat the spar It would of left a millimeter of foam left after cutting it. And since my basement is filled with all shapes of sizes of carbon rod. Why not.
EVerything is set up .. I used robart hinges and half of them glue got dried on the hinge point. and once there glued in. nothing to do exect pull. And off goes half the wing. oops... on the elevator i had and rudder i had to revert to tape. Wing i got some fixxing to do.

you have to be careful when gluing in the robart hinges. I CA'd them and used accelerator...so the glue is a little more brittle I could break them loose.

time for the second coat of paint...

Does anyone have a good way to remove overspray (model masters enamel) from depron?? I tried sanding it a little bit but the depron is so porous it won't come out...

thanks
