e-flite 450

Will the E-flite 450 motor work with a 37" wing Edge style out of 6mm blue foam?
I have 3 cell 1320 batteries.
I don't have it built as of yet, but I will guess 18-22 oz flying weight?
If so , which prop?
If not, what motor?
I want to use my 1320 batteries...

Thanks

RE: e-flite 450

E-flite 450 can handle a 15-25oz 3d plane and a 20 to 30oz scale plane. It should work fine. The propeller recommendation would be a 10x3.8-11x4.7 propeller and the 3 cell 1320 should work fine. Start with the 10x3.8 this will help keep the amp draw down. If you have a watt meter such as the one E-flite makes check your amps to see how many amps you are drawing. If you don't have one fly your airplane for about three minutes and then land to check your battery and other equipment.

The 450 would be just fine, however the 480 would be ballistic on vertical.
