Default What prop should I use???

Thought I would ask a question I have about my setup. I am building a Nitro Models Yak 54 ARF. I am installing a OS FS 70S up front & my 7c for a radio. Question is, which size prop and spinner should I use? I don't really need a ton of speed, I would rather have better raw power and control. Any suggestions? Thanks

Also, I like the look of a 3 blade prop, but have never used one before.  Opinions?

13x6 Xoar will probably pull the best. Not a big fan of 3-blades or spinners for 3D. Goal is to keep it light.

just steer away from heavy props like master airscrew.. they're too heavy, good cause they outlast a small hard landing but the weigh of them is another part..
Wooden or apc props are what i use and haven't had any complains..
