I am ready to buy a 50cc plane and need advice between a redwing extra or slick. My desire is to have a plane that is stable low and slow, but can also "tumble" well. I do not do IMAC or anything like that. I just like to "play." I have watched hours of videos and read I think every ones forums and so far have no better inclination than before. The extra has more wing surface, but the slick is designed more cg balanced.....so only pilots who have flown both really know. The guys from redwing obviously stay out of the decision making process to eliminate liability, but I need some help here...please.

I must admit that I was a little disappointed that Redwing were not more proactive when I asked which of the 20CC models would be best suited to practicing IMAC or whether I had to go up to the larger models for this
But, as you say, they probably want to limit liability
they told me to look at all the vids online & decide for myself
They did reply fairly quickly though so emails did not go ignored
If they had been more proactive they could have sold me a package -engine, plane, servos, but now I have gone elsewhere

I agree that there customer service is extremely prompt, and they were nice but did not help with the question I had. I do understand why, that is why this post exists. Like wise i was ready to do the complete package, but at least they did not tell me something just to make the sale. Ican respect that.
