Just made first flights with Flip using Saito 72, engine not broken in was run first time on first flight. I must say so far I am very happy, many say that the U Can Do is easy to hover and mine is but I find the Flip even more responsive in hover, seem to require less work to hold it in nice hover. As you would expect this plane really can fly slowly.... great fun!

Congratulations, the flip is one of my all time favorites. My CG is at 155mm w/ys63. I use triple rates - low rate, medium rate at 45 degrees for harriers and elevators - high rate at 60 degrees for flips & waterfalls, falling leaf. If (or when!) I crash it I will buy another.

You guys using the Saito 72 or YS 63 on the Flip should try the Pro Zinger 14x4. It will spin a little faster than the APC 14x4W, a little less thrust, but much quicker transition.
