Well you all remember me about wanting the funana right??? Well theres a guy at my field whoes gonna sell me his 45cc gas (zenoah i think) Sig Extra 300 with radio system for 600 dollars. It is brand new (he just flew it today for the first time) and it flies awesome. Thsi is my second plane adn its overpowerd with a 45 instead of 35. The radio system is not that good, but i think its a Laser radio or something??? Ill get a new one though. He says its a really good deal and his whole setup on its worth 1200 bucks. Thsi is the exact one here [link=http://Sig Extra]http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXUJ24&P=7[/link]
Can you let me know if its a good deal???Thanks in advance!

I know Sig recomends a 2.4 for that plane, but that is the wrong engine for that plane.I have flown one with a Moki 1.802,then switched to a 2.4 and back to the Moki. The glow is a much better choice.Especially with that Zenoah boat anchor,no offense.
I sure am sorry to see that injury, sure gives you a reality check of just how dangerous this hobby can be.Hope you're healing well,Good luck.

so that zenoah is really heavy?? Well it seemed to fly very well and fast with it. Is the 2.4 mean HP?? Or 4 stroke?? The guy told me the plane would be easy to fly. Even though its my second plane, ill get help from the guy teaching me.

From: someplace,
Like a politition. tell the customer what they want to hear.
If you like the plane, fine. But don't use the Z45. TOO HEAVY< VIBRATION LEVEL TOO HIGH FOR THE FIREWALL> you say it has a metal firewall. is it glued, screwed to the wooden one. it better be an entirgral part of the side frames.
If you must go gas then beef up the front end and max out at 2.6-3.2cu.in.
Just a suggestion for your own sake. Learn more about what you are getting into.
Don't take this any other way except as a suggestion to possibly avoid an unpleasant situation.
