Default Aileron hinge points

HI all,

I'm desgining my own 3D plane and I got a question regarding the aileron hinging block in the wing. Has someone got any pictures of Fun-Fly planes in the bare-bones stages detailing this??

I am currently thinking of putting a vertical sheet of 1/8" balsa after the ribs, and some 3/64" sheeting over and under, to strenghten, and then hinge the ailerons to the 1/8"sheet. But, what height should I make the 1/8" sheeting, is 1/4" OK, is is it too small??? The plane is inteeded to have a 40 engine.

Here's a simple skecth in case you didn't understand my explanation above (which I think is not very clear....):
