Hey guys,
I have an OS Max 20 stashed away and I was wondering what would be a good 3D plane to hang it on? Something that can perform 3D maneuvers with a .20 2 stroke. Beauty is a plus but Im really looking for something to practice low altitude hovering and other stuff with. I thought about one of those planes that you guys call a SPAD, I would like it to be durable so if it falls a few feet it wont come apart. Any and all suggestions would be great. Also servo and Rx suggestions would help. I will be using my Futaba 9C transmitter.

Check out the thread on the Mini 3D, perfect plane for harrier and hovering on a .20. The plane is not nearly as durable as a spad but I don't know of a spad that will hover on a .20. I tried downsizing a spad for a .15 but it lost all of its great flying characteristics.
If you want durable build the Spad 3D and use a .46, if you want a .20 size plane get the mini 3D

I 2nd the mini 3D. I have watched the video and seen it in action. Unbeleivable roll rate and amazing harrier flight for such a small model. I know of certain 30% airplanes that dont lock into harriers that good.

Well I will chime in with a new one if your are into a kit, or more likely a puzzle. You could get a Fat-Free taco from Paul Swany. I have one ready to cover and it is EZ to build. All CNC cut parts and they fit together beautifuly.
