Slowly learning to hover my UCD, playing around with torque rolling, too, but I have a problem -
The torque will start rolling the plane fine for about 180 degrees, then it will come to sudden stop. Can't get it to go more that half way around. I can't see any difference in attitude when it stops, but I'm guessing that since the belly is pointing toward me, I don't see it leaning as easily. Anyone out there have tips on torking this thing?
Also, anyone get theirs to flat spin?
My setup is a Saito .91, servos in tail, CG about 6" back.

I'll try the throttle rocking and see if it helps. Can't seem to get it to flatten out in a spin, though. Full up, full throttle, it still spins nose down. Can't remember if I had flaps mixed in or not. That may have kept it from flattening. Guess I'll give it a few more tries tomorrow...
