Default Which one best for 3D practice

I am building a H9 33% Extra 330s. I am looking for a small 3D aircraft to practice with. I would like one which will fly like a larger aircraft (precise). Which aircraft fits the bill?

Many Thanks

Happy New Year To All

While all of these are great small 3D planes I think that the Funtana will fly a lot more like the airplane you will be moving into. For those who picked the UCD I have no idea where they think it will perform like a 330. Its just an all together different flying style.

I have to second that. The funtana might not be the easiest to learn on (not saying its impossible by any means), but if you learn on more of a 3d trainer such as the UCD, then move onto a 330, 3d just gets harder when it should get easier (as you progress onto new models)

I'd well go for the funtana.

I know its not the answer you are looking for but my advice is to practice on the H9 330.
Its a large plane. It will do everything your trying to do easier and better than any small plane you could list in a poll.
I understand there is a lot of money and time invested in a plane like the 330 but you will be doing yourself a favor by using it.
Practice up high and dont push yourself too fast.

Bigger just flies better.

I dunno about that. True, theres not really a small airplane that will fly just like it but I have seen small 3D planes do everything a 1/3 scale can do and then do some things that a 1/3 scale cant do very well. My vote is to always go bigger b/c its more impressive but to say that the H9 330 will out 3D a Flip3D then I dont know so much about all of that. True it will out perform it b/c it can do all of the precision stuff better. When it all boils down to it nothing really out 3D's the little foam airplanes (though nobody sees you as an ace pilot if you are 3D'ing the heck out of them).

BTW, dont get me wrong. I would rather have the H9 330.

Nothing beats the 3-d performance of a lightwieght properly designed 35% plane, with a responsive engine. - not even the best foam thing.

I've been practicing 3d very hard the last 6 months have several 3d profiles. Had a chance last weekend to fly a 40% edge and i took it. Can you say.............. "sloooow moootion"........ Everything seemed like it was moving so slow...

Have to agree with sevarl of the guys about the bigger planes. If i could afford alarge plane like this thats what i would be practicing with you, have alot more time to ..."think"..
