Default Lightest gasser

Hi,
Just bought a 27% CAP232, and I was wondering if anybody knows what the lightest 50cc gasser is.

Bme 55 Xtreme I think its called will haul a plane around liek crazy. I wouldnt be completely positive about those Yaks being so light until yuo se one. Don't get me wrong, but I would wait and thats a pricey plane so maybe it does weigh 15 lbs. DA50 is great. It really dpends on how a plane balances out. Id like to make something for a plane liek take a few pieces of metal and get the weight the same as the motor I am using to determine a balance point. Try a BME and im sure you will love IT!!!

As of today, the BME 55 is still a vaporware.

Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think the BME 50 sounds like a good idea. Someone also told me that the DA 50 would be a good choice. Which is cheaper.

About the same price form Chief Aircraft. I have the BME 50 in a GP PW 300. Hauls that plane around like nobody's buiness.

BME is a good engine from what i hear, I've never personally see one. DA is about as good an engine for about $50 more, however the customer service if ANYTHING goes wrong is incredible. If your engine goes out of tune, the will help you tune it. This is a good thing, especially for gas neophyte's like me.
