Default 3DX: I want to use an engine

Hello all, I downloaded the 3DX plan today. I noticed that it is not much smaller than my .25 trainer. The wings are much smaller though. So, I want to use a glow engine instead of electric. I have an OS .10LA, and an OS .25FX. Which should I use? Or, what modifications should I make to the plan to make it fly with either of these engines. I like the idea of glow because I won't need to be as careful about saving weight, and I won't need to buy all new brushless motors and LiPo batteries. Thanks, Andrew

I wouldn't recommend an engine for a 3DX. They aren't built to take that kind of power or weight. IF you had to put one on it, a Norvel .061 would be the max.

THat would be kinda dumb because you can get an electric motor for around the same price. Check out on Ezone and look up 3DX
