THis is going to be a hard question for ANYONE to answer....there are so many new 28% planes on the market right now and no one has flown them all. I can tell you that I have the new CHIP HYDE CAPX and if it will come in at 12 to 12.5 with a 50, then it will be a pretty hot little duece tre duece.

Ya I'm wanting to know the same thing. I have a DA 50 sitting waiting on a 28% Extreme Flight R/C Yak. I really want this plane bad but I gotta tell ya I have been looking at others to plant this motor on. But I don't think it will be to long of wait for the 28% Yak. And have heard it will be worth the wait.
Thanks,
Mike

The 28% Extreme Flight Yak is worth the wait. I flew Chris Hinson's and it was absolutely amazing. You will not find the same quality or performance in any other ARF this size.

Marcelo,
I don't believe that the price on the Yak is firm yet, I got the idea that it will actually come in at less than the $649 price. Also the plane comes standard with some carbon pieces while other ARFs have aluminum. If memory serves me, the wing tube, tail tube and main gear are carbon fiber.
If you can wait, it looks to be a great plane. I think we are another 4-6 months off on the arival, Chris said summer for a possible delivery time frame. I'm thinking summer is July - August?
Give Chris a call and verify this.
