Default That tree....

Was flying my Mini 3D in the park by my house today and lost power in a hover about 20' off the ground. I pushed it straight down and banked hard right into a tree. Actually, the tree jumped out and grabed it, w/ all the wind. I walked over to the plane as it was hanging from the tree w/ the motor still running. I was laughing out loud. Too bad I didn't have a digital. Anyway, I fixed it right away and just got back from flying again....

Mini is a lot of fun.

Drew,

You were out flying the Mini in this wind...? You are hardcore dude!

I wanted to go fly the new RadioCraft today but it was too windy and cold for me.

Wayne - that plane rocks.... Are you going to fly that @ XFC? What motor?

Flying that mini in the wind is a lot of fun. I can't tell you how many times I almost crashed. Every downwind leg is like flying into a tornado - you never know where it's going.

Later - DF
