I saw an ad in the new Fly RC today for a Chip Hyde Extra 330L. They were advertising a 24%, 27%, 31% and 38%. I guess it is through Planes Plus, but their website isn't working. I checked Chyp Hyde's web site and it didn't say anything about a new Extra 300L. Anyone have any other info??

Hey Nova Flier you are right about Planes Plus but it's not Chips's planes it's probably the last stcok left over from the CA models. This is a line the Planes plus use to carry.

Yeah, but it says Chip Hyde Competition Series Extra 330L.Intro pricing is $499 for the kit or $799 for th arf, but they don't say what size. "Call for pricing on these new Extra 300L releases"... I dunno...
Actually, it's not that good looking....Kinda boring. I like the Cap-X better...

Chip has designed a new line of extra's and they are going to be released soon. There is some mention of them in the planes plus interview on the RCU magazine section.

Chip is bringing some EXTRAs to the market soon, but I do not think the ones you saw were his....NOT SURE THOUGH....The best thing to do would be to go into CHIP's forum and ask him directly. I do not know how much info he can/will share right now though.
