Default What about a BME 50 in the double vision

I have one on a hurricain and I want to swap it to double vision,the cowl looks narrow.
I'm on the list for the next shipment I hope any way thats about 30/45 days away.

I responed to this very question in one of the othe DV post. I have a BME50 and love it. However the side mount carb may cause problems. It will stick out of the cowl and I have seen and read that these carbs dont like to be in the slipstream. \

I would get a DA50 but I have seen pictures of people having to cut off the mounting lugs to get them high enough in the cowl. As it is now I will probably go with the ZDZ50NG.
